This year’s Halloween pumpkin carve for 2020. As always, for this time of the year, Satan is back to welcome us into carving this year’s pumpkin, along with appearances from some random zombie.

Part one of a two part series – building a UFO spaceship model prop for a video. In this part, we build the UFO using recycled items and prime the model ready for paint effects which will be featured in part two where we will paint the UFO model prop.

We employ both washes and the faithful dry brushing technique to create the paint effects on the science fiction model.
I have used washing up liquid/dish soap as a plasticizer on many occasion with no problems whatsoever, but some say it can weaken your concrete and/or cement mix. Any comments you would like to add, please leave in the comment section below. 🙂
